About Longwin Metal
Long Win Metal traces its roots back to July 15, 2002, when our predecessor, Xiamen Zhenyuan Die Casting Factory, was established in Banshang, Xiamen, China. As our business grew, we increased our investment in 2006 and established Xiamen Precision Casting Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. in Gaolin, Xiamen. In 2009, we expanded our production capacity and moved our operations to Xike, Xiamen.
In March 2018, we invested in the development of Langyuan Industrial Park in Changtai, Zhangzhou, and established Zhangzhou Langyuan Metal Products Co., Ltd. This expansion gave us more room to develop our manufacturing operations and serve a wider range of industrial customers.
Today, under the Long Win Metal brand, we provide custom precision metal manufacturing services, covering die-casting mold design and manufacturing, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting, CNC machining, and surface finishing. We work with customers from the early stages of product development through production, helping turn their drawings and technical requirements into components made for their specific applications.
Our work supports a range of industries, including new energy vehicles, industrial automation and robotics, electronics, marine equipment, medical equipment, sanitary ware, household appliances, and lighting. Long Win Metal brings mold development, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting, precision machining, and surface finishing together within one manufacturing operation. By coordinating these processes, we help customers manage their custom metal component projects from tooling development to finished-part production.
Our manufacturing work serves customers in automotive components, medical equipment, sanitary ware, household appliances, lighting, electronics, and other industrial sectors. Rather than offering standard catalog products, we manufacture components according to customer drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Depending on the application, our work can cover both finished components and semi-finished parts for further assembly or processing.
Our factory is located in Langyuan Industrial Park, Changtai, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, China. The facility covers approximately 44.76 acres, with a total building area of 25,000 square meters. Our workforce includes engineering and R&D personnel, quality engineers, inspection staff, production teams, and customer-facing personnel who work together to support project development and manufacturing.
Development History
From the start as a die-casting workshop in Xiamen we have grown into a full-scale manufacturing base in Zhangzhou. This growth came from investment in production capacity, engineering expertise and exploring new application fields. Every step, along the way has helped us strengthen our skills. Today we use those skills to support customers with custom metal component projects.
